Price and Other Required Fees

The "TOKYO LENS" app itself is free.

The price of the paid plan "TOKYO LENS Pro" (monthly or annual) is shown in the App Store / Google Play. The availability and length of free trials also follow the in-store display.

Communication fees for using the app are borne by the user. No administrative fees are charged for cancellation or refunds.

Payment Timing and Method

Payment for the paid plan is made through the payment method registered to your Apple ID or Google account (credit card, carrier billing, store prepaid balance, etc.).

Billing occurs at the time of registration and upon automatic renewal, as determined by each store. The Company does not directly collect or store credit card information.

Delivery Timing

The app is digital content and becomes available immediately upon download from the store. Paid plan entitlement is granted after the store completes the billing process.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

Since the app is digital content, returns after download are not accepted.

Refunds due to erroneous charges or defects are processed by contacting Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play order history) in accordance with each store's policies.

The paid plan (auto-renewal) can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the end of the current period from your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancellation, the plan ends at the end of the period and no further charges occur.

Please check each store's download page for the app's system requirements (OS version, etc.).
